At Athletisole, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.
🔁 Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
All tags, packaging, and invoices are intact
You make the return request within 7 days of delivery
Note: Used, damaged, or washed products are not eligible for return or exchange.
❌ What Cannot Be Returned
Products that are worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
Items without original packaging or missing tags
Customized or personalized products
Items purchased during sale or promotional campaigns (unless defective)
🔄 Exchange Policy
If you received the wrong size or product, we’ll gladly offer an exchange based on availability.
To initiate an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
💵 Refund Process
If your return is approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the item.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. You’ll be asked to share your account details after return approval.
📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product).
In case of damage or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Email us at support@athletisole.shop with:
Order ID
Reason for return
Clear images of the product (if defective or wrong item)
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
⚠️ Important Notes
All return requests are subject to inspection.
Athletisole reserves the right to deny any return/refund if the product doesn’t meet return conditions.
Please do not return any product without prior confirmation from our team.
