At Athletisole, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

🔁 Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All tags, packaging, and invoices are intact

  • You make the return request within 7 days of delivery

Note: Used, damaged, or washed products are not eligible for return or exchange.

❌ What Cannot Be Returned

  • Products that are worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Items without original packaging or missing tags

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items purchased during sale or promotional campaigns (unless defective)

🔄 Exchange Policy

If you received the wrong size or product, we’ll gladly offer an exchange based on availability.
To initiate an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

💵 Refund Process

  • If your return is approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. You’ll be asked to share your account details after return approval.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product).

  • In case of damage or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  1. Email us at support@athletisole.shop with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Clear images of the product (if defective or wrong item)

  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.

  • All return requests are subject to inspection.

  • Athletisole reserves the right to deny any return/refund if the product doesn’t meet return conditions.

  • Please do not return any product without prior confirmation from our team.
