At AthletiSole, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please read our policy below.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product is damaged

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Size or color issues

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Products showing signs of wear or use

Refunds
  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges
  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect products

  • Replacement will be dispatched after verification of the issue

  • If the product is out of stock, a refund or store credit may be offered
